gmail-privat is used by one person only: its owner, Ricky Pettersson. It accesses only the owner's own Gmail account, after the owner signs in and gives consent through Google.
Depending on the permissions the owner grants, the tool can read, search, label and draft messages, and send messages the owner approves. It never requests permission to permanently delete mail.
Mail content is fetched only when the owner asks the AI assistant a question or gives it a task. The content is processed by the AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) to answer that request. It is not sold, shared with third parties for any other purpose, or used for advertising.
The sign-in token is stored locally on the owner's computer. The tool keeps no separate database of mail content.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
